Hi all, out of curiosity does anyone know of someone who went Zagreb and got a ticket from whufc.com under someone else's name? My mate wants a ticket for Genk but he's not a season ticket holder, I don't fancy his chances!

In the queue we were being told that if we were picking up for ourselves and a couple of other people then we needed to have ID for them on us. So you'd increase your chances of you could borrow the passport of your mate who's buying the ticket.
They didn't like having to do the distribution like that and I'd imagine the club would try to avoid that in future.
It was luck of the draw who you got when collecting the tickets. Some asked for ID some didn't. Sit and have a look before you go forward to see who you get and you're in luck

Fifth, did each ticket have to be individually picked up, or were there situations where a person with ID could pick tickets for a group?

If the club send out tickets the normal way then they'll be fine. If they require you to pick them up with ID when you're out there then it's obviously much harder.
For entry to the ground you needed to show photo ID and proof of covid vax but your name wasn't on ticket so once you picked up ticket it was easy to get in.
